A company’s survival sometimes depends on how well it can adapt to changing conditions. Back in 2006 when the housing market all but dried up, we were compelled to do just that. We obtained MBE and DBE certification from the Maryland Department of Transportation and began bidding some small to medium commercial jobs throughout the area. 

While residential and commercial concrete jobs have their similarities, the latter come with an entirely new set of additional challenges and regulations. Our versatile office staff quickly mastered the new processes and requirements we needed to do. This includes handling the following:

  • Material and Engineering Submittals
  • Certified Payrolls
  • Progressive Payment Certifications
  • Additional Insurance and Bonding Requirements
